Cancellation Policy

At LicenseMart, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent purchasing experience.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Delivery)

• Orders for email delivery products cannot be cancelled once the license key has been issued.
• Physical products may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
• Contact support at support@licensemart.pk within 24 hours of placing your order.

2. Automatic Cancellation

• Unpaid orders beyond the payment window are automatically cancelled.
• LicenseMart reserves the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or incomplete information.

Replacement/Exchange Policy

• Claim Period: You have 7 days to report any issues. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
• Eligibility: Replacement is only available for invalid or previously used keys (from our end).
• Edition Compatibility: Ensure you order for the correct edition. We are not liable for non-supported versions.

No Return Policy for Digital Goods

All sales are final. Once a license key is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded because digital keys cannot be revoked or resold.

Exception for Defective Keys

If you receive an invalid or used key, contact sales@licensemart.pk within 7 days. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
